Mayama Takumi is from Kanazawa city, Ishikawa prefecture and the resident of Room 101. Mayama Takumi is the first to graduate and land a job. He works part- time for Rika Harada, while finishing the last year of his college. After graduation, he enters Fujiwara Design in Tokyo.
Mayama Takumi develops feelings for Rika Harada, his employer, throughout his course of the job. Rika Harada, is disabled and Mayama helps her in every way he can. However, and maybe apparently, Mayama's love maybe an unrequited one. Although it doesn't start there. Mayama sometimes checks Rika's apartment to see if Rika Harada's alright.
Mayama Takumi's close friends are Takemoto and Morita, who borrows clothes from him because Morita thinks Mayama's clothes are easy and comfortable.
Mayama is a responsible senpai. He acts as a senior to Takemoto and helps Morita to wake up early. He is also looking out for Yamada and makes sure that no playboy plays with her feelings.
